Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 May 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OPC Suite (“OPC”, the “Service”), operated by TSA AI. By creating an account or connecting an AI agent, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and billing
OPC is offered as a subscription with monthly (USD 8/month) and annual (USD 80/year) options. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal cycle.
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of a charge if no substantial usage has occurred.
3. Your account and data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Personal API Tokens, and OAuth client secrets. Notify us immediately at support@tsa-ai.com if you suspect a token or session has been compromised.
You retain ownership of all data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and back up Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
4. AI agents and MCP connections
You may connect third-party AI agents (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Cline, Hermes, openclaw, openHuman, Pi, etc.) to OPC via the MCP server at /api/mcp. You are responsible for:
- scoping each token to the minimum permissions the agent needs;
- monitoring the audit log for unexpected activity;
- revoking tokens immediately when an agent is no longer in use.
Each agent vendor has its own terms of service governing what it does with the data it sees during a session. We are not a party to that contract; please review the agent vendor’s terms before connecting.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, send unsolicited bulk communications, attempt to break our security, attempt to access another customer’s data, run automated load tests without prior written consent, or process the personal data of children under the applicable age of consent without legal basis.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but provide the Service on an “as-is” basis. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, ISPs).
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement on notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other customers or to our infrastructure. Upon termination you may export your data within 90 days; thereafter we may delete it.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Selangor, Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email and in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 30 May 2026.
