Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your OPC Suite subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing, or by contacting us at support@tsa-ai.com.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

OPC Suite offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is applicable for free trial cancellations as no payment has been processed.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of charge — If you request a refund within 14 days of a billing charge and have not substantially used the service during that period, a full refund may be granted.
• Service failure — If OPC Suite experiences prolonged downtime or critical failures directly attributable to us, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Duplicate charges — Accidental duplicate billing will be refunded in full upon verification.

• Requests made after 14 days from the charge date.
• Substantial usage of the platform has occurred during the billing period.
• Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension or termination.
• Charges from third-party services (e.g., AI API usage billed directly by providers under BYOK).

• Your registered email address
• The date and amount of the charge
• The reason for your refund request

We aim to process refund requests within 5–7 business days.

Annual subscriptions (USD 80/year) may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days if no substantial usage has occurred. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

Additional storage capacity purchased (USD 1/GB/month) is non-refundable for the current billing period. You may reduce your storage allocation for the next billing cycle at any time.

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
